amazing family vacation

lovely bungalow varied food clean hotel

The bungalow was lovely, filled with sun all day long on my terrace. the food was plentiful and varied. I don't know where they find their chefs but keep getting them there. the hotel is so clean. I wanted to take the lady who cleaned my bungalow home to sort out my apartment!!! the animation team, especially tanya, is fantastic. She is a force of nature.

i took my children to the resort for a week. after a few nights, there was no entertainment, and guests were making their own. the hotel is not located near any other entertainment, bars, or restaurants.

The lighthouse can be reached within 10-15 minutes from the hotel. there is a national park over the road. It is lovely and peaceful. a free shuttle bus goes down to the beach.

amazing holiday!

excellent accommodation wide range nice pools

i had such a fabulous week there! the accommodation was excellent and the food was good. they have a great range of activities for children and offer some nice pools. i loved the trips to las palmas and the national aquarium. the market at puerto de mogan was lovely too.

the hotel is fairly remote so getting to the nearest supermarket is a bit of a hike especially for water.

the hotel has a main pool with animation and sport activities near the reception area. the premium area provides a quiet pool and also includes access to several well maintained garden areas. there are family and adults-only zones.

the staff members are friendly and ready to help. the cleaning service is diligent with changing towels. restaurant staff quickly manage requests for drinks during dinner and breakfast. the staff is very attentive and polite.
